How to make a complaint; Putting Things Right arrangements in Wales

As of 1st April 2011, the way in which the NHS organisations in Wales deal with complaints, claims and incidents (collectively known as concerns) has changed.  These new arrangements are called “Putting Things Right” which require a different approach to dealing with concerns.  A concern is when you feel unhappy about any service provided by the NHS.  By telling us about your concern, we can apologise to you, investigate and try to put things right.  We will also learn lessons and improve services where they need to be better.

Further information on Putting Things Rights can be found on our website.
