We are grateful to everyone who was involved in the engagement exercise in spring 2021 – called Building a Healthier Future After COVID-19.
The feedback report is available here (opens in new tab) and provides a summary of what we heard and learnt. This is rich information that is playing an important part in the delivery of our services and the planning for the improvement of those services in the future.
One example of where we have used feedback is in the work to shortlist potential sites of land for the new Urgent and Planned Care Hospital in the south of our area.
Our commitment to continually engage on services, along with listening to the thoughts and opinions of our communities, patients, and staff, is important to us. We will continue to engage with you and ask you to share your views as we manage the on-going impact of the pandemic and plan for improved services for the future.
