The equality, diversity and inclusion team are responsible for helping our organisation translate equality and human rights policy into practical actions to effect a positive influence on staff and patient experience.

We proactively engage and build partnerships with staff and the public, in order to help eliminate discrimination, advance equality and enhance understanding between different groups.

We contribute to the creation of a positive organisational culture and image and an inclusive working environment. This brings to life our values of fairness, dignity and respect for all and helps us to meet our legal obligations.
