Our strategic equality plan and objectives aim to address the inequalities for people with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. We are required to review and refresh our objectives every four years. They will direct our actions to build on progress since our first Strategic equality plan and help us to keep our service users and staff at the heart of all we do.
