Community health and well-being showcase drop-in and online events
We are holding events across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire to find out more about Primary and Community-based healthcare services.
The ‘My Health, My Choice’ engagement includes showcase events in different locations and online. We are asking people to share their experiences on healthcare services and ideas for the future.
What you think, your experiences of health and care, and your ideas about the future of community-based health and care services are hugely important. We recognise the importance of making sure the decisions we take are shaped by the people we serve.
During September you can attend drop in events, either in person or online to share your views. Events will be held across the counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. At each event you will have the chance to speak with senior staff from Hywel Dda UHB about the future of your local community health and care services.
These events are open to everyone who is interested in community-based health and Primary Care, and we encourage you to attend.
