The information you view is generated in real time from your hospital‑based maternity system and is based on details entered by your midwife or other health professionals involved in your care.
Your Badger Notes account is directly linked to our new digital system, BadgerNet. At your first midwife appointment, you will receive information on how to access your new account.
Please continue to bring your paper hand-held notes to every appointment as some documentation will remain in paper format.
