What advocacy support is there to raise concerns? Any patient or their family wishing to raise a concern, should raise this directly with the concerns team in Hywel Dda University Health Board by calling 0300 0200 159 or emailing hdhb.patientsupportservices@wales.nhs.uk. If you cannot resolve your concern with the relevant organisation, LLAIS (formerly known as the Community Health Council) offers an independent complaints advocacy service that can help you. LLAIS can also support you with making a complaint to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. |
