Cardiac diagnostics at Llanelli

We are based in Prince Philip Hospital. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

We provide the following service:

• Echocardiograms (Echo);
• Transoesophageal Echocardiograms (TOE);
• Stress Echocardiograms (DSE);
• Contrast Echocardiograms;
• Heart valve surveillance service;
• Angiography;
• Electrocardiograms (ECG’s);
• Pacemaker and implanted cardiac devices service  – these are co-ordinated by the Carmarthen team;
• Exercise testing for cardiac disease;
• Cardiac and blood pressure ambulatory monitoring.
