HARP (Hywel Dda Arts Referral Pathway)

HARP (Hywel Dda Arts Referral Pathway) is a pilot Creative Health Prevention programme. It connects people with long term conditions and social isolation with community arts to support their health and wellbeing.

You can take part by referral only from participating GPs.
