Helping you find a job

We may be able to help you with a new employment service. This support service is called “Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care” and is run by Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Mind, to personally help people find and maintain a job.

It can help you with:

  • confidence building;
  • job matching;
  • skills building;
  • job searching;
  • writing a great CV and application;
  • interview preparation;
  • support in your new role for up to 14 weeks.

To get help:

  • You must be 16 years or older.
  • You must have a health condition or disability (you can decide what this means for you).
  • You must not have a job right now.
  • You must be entitled to claim benefits.

NOTE:  You will not be able to use this service if you are already in a job programme (with the Department of Work and Pensions).

The “Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care” service is funded by Welsh Government and the Department of Work and Pensions.
