The hospitals are busy because of Coronavirus, the hospital might look different to what it normally does.
You will not be able to go into some areas of the hospital, this is to make sure that the virus does not spread so easily.
Go into the main entrance and follow the signs for Outpatients Department.
Take your appointment letter to Outpatients Reception. Go straight there.
The reception desk Outpatients A has chairs in front of it, this to stop people getting too close.
A nurse will ask you questions to make sure that you do not have coronavirus: Have you had a cough? Have you been short of breath? Have you had a fever?

If your temperature is ok you will be able to stay for your appointment. You will be asked to sit in the waiting room, you must not sit on the chairs that have signs on them, this is to make sure that people do not get too close to each other.
