We do not accept self-referrals from parents or carers or young people themselves.
We accept referrals from any health or education professional such as teachers, educational psychologists, GPs, paediatricians, health visitors, school health nurses, speech and language therapists, social workers.
We require the referrer to have met or observed the child or young person that they are referring and that they include their observations in the referral form.
