Our assessment appointments are usually face to face with the child or young person.
We usually see patients in a clinic room. We use rooms in a number of different hospitals and community clinics across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire including:

We may also visit a child or young person’s school to do an observation or follow up assessment.
We sometimes arrange appointments in the child or young person’s home if necessary.
We also offer phone call and video call appointments at certain points in the child or young person’s assessment.
