Get help online

The NHS 111 Wales website (opens in new tab) has a range of self-help tools to help you. This includes detailed information on illnesses and services that are available.  You can also use the virtual chatbot, called ‘ALBOT’, if needed.

This can save you time and help ensure you are in the right place for the care you need. For example, you might be able to see a pharmacist within the hour instead of waiting days for a GP appointment.
