Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment
Our Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for 2026 has been prepared following consultation with statutory bodies and the public.
Our PNA notes where pharmacies are located and how far patients travel, what services pharmacies offer, and if current services meet the needs of the communities they serve.
This assessment will support the health board in making decisions to develop and improve pharmacy services in the future. This PNA was published on 1 October 2026 and will have a maximum lifespan of five years.
