The Wagestream App gives our staff flexible access to their pay to support their financial well-being.  Whether they need to access a percentage of their salary in advance of payday, or start a savings habit, Wagestream supports our employees to take control of their finances and offers a range of financial well-being resources.

Salary sacrifice schemes
We offer a number of salary sacrifice schemes throughout the year, including offers on home technology and smartphones. Deductions are made from gross pay meaning you save on national insurance. 

Lottery
Hywel Dda Health Charities launched our own in-house lottery that staff can sign up to for just £1 per week and be in with a chance of winning £25,000!
