The health board will continue with its planning and development process. On the basis that the Programme Business Case receives endorsement from Welsh Government, the Strategic Outline Case will be presented to Board, and is the next step in attaining funding and support.
Discussions are currently ongoing with Welsh Government on the content of the Strategic Outline Case and this will determine the timescale for the completion of the next stage, including when it will be presented to Board.
