Our first Quality Improvement Strategic Framework sets our approach to continuously improving the services and care we provide. We value our staff and the work that they do. We want to create a culture where continuous quality improvement is at the heart of all our services. We want our staff, at all levels and in all roles, to feel competent, empowered, safe and supported to identify and make the changes which will improve patients’ experiences and outcomes of care.
Promoting, encouraging and supporting continuous improvements is everyone’s responsibility and will ensure we sustain high quality services and make Hywel Dda UHB an attractive and valued place to work and care.
