We understand this is a new and different way to monitor your health, please be assured you will be supported throughout the process by a member of staff from Delta Wellbeing.
The following steps will help to get you set up:
- A member of the Delta Wellbeing TEC team will come to you home and show you how to use the equipment and how it connects through an APP on your phone or tablet.
- You will be shown how to take a reading, the APP will let you know that it is complete and ask you to take your next reading.
- After your readings have been taken, Delta Wellbeing’s staff will look at the results to ensure that they are as expected. Don't worry, a member of Delta Wellbeing will be in touch with you if your readings are not as expected.
- Your health professional will also access these readings that will help with your long term health support.
