What Telehealth support is available?

There is a range of different technology equipment available to support your specific needs. Equipment will be provided by a telecare monitoring service called Delta Wellbeing, and other telehealth care services will be available to support you.

You will receive well-being calls and access to a community welfare team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   You will also receive digital support to help connect with the community.  All this is provided in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire through the CONNECT service.
