We will work with you to help improve your ability to manage long term conditions, recover from injury and to recover following illness or surgery. We specialise in helping people work towards their functional goals. The community physiotherapy service is designed to provide assessments and treatment to people who might have difficulty accessing traditional outpatient settings. The team also help people who would benefit more from receiving rehabilitation in their home environment.

This can be in their own home, in a care home, temporary accommodation, or in clinic setting depending on what is most appropriate. Ensuring that individuals receive the input required, tailored to their specific needs, goals and circumstances.
