Everyone with a child under five years old will be provided with a named health visitor and offered the Healthy Child Wales Programme, universal contacts which you can see in your red book.
The health visiting service is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. You can phone us during this time if you need advice and support. If we arrange to see you this may be in your home, or in your nearest health visitor clinic. We can also arrange to see you online using Attend Anywhere.
Health visiting teams work together with families, midwives, GPs, children’s services and voluntary services.
