What should I do if I think I am pregnant?

If you suspect you are pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test which you can purchase from pharmacies and some supermarkets.

If you have had a positive pregnancy test you can contact maternity services using the information below: 

Carmarthenshire

Please give your details to the receptionist at your GP surgery and they will ask a midwife to contact you.

Ceredigion

Please contact the north Ceredigion Midwifery Team on 01970 635634.

If you are in south Ceredigion, please contact your GP who will ask your midwife to contact you.

Pembrokeshire

Depending on your area, please contact:
