Contacting the communications hub
The hub is open:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturday: 10.00am – 4.00pm
- Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10.00am – 3.00pm
When you call, an advisor will log your query. If needed, a rheumatology nurse will call you back.

Need more information about your condition or treatment.
- Have a reaction to an injection given in clinic.
- Think you are having a flare, and your medication is not helping.
- Have side effects from medicines prescribed by our clinic.
- Take Anti-TNF/Biologic injections or infusions and have become unwell.
Do not call the advice line:
- For blood test or investigation results requested by Rheumatology (we will contact you if results are abnormal).
- For general advice that can wait until your next appointment
