Psychosexual therapy

Some people find sex difficult or have worries about it. This can be hard to talk about.

We offer a talking therapy service that can help with different sexual problems. This is called psychosexual therapy.

For example:

  • Pain during sex or problems with penetration, including fear or anxiety
  • Ejaculating too quickly
  • Difficulty ejaculating or not ejaculating
  • Problems getting or keeping an erection
  • Low sex drive
  • Difficulty becoming aroused or reaching orgasm
  • Problems with sex caused by illness or medicines (for example, cancer treatment)
  • Support after a sexual assault
