We work closely with the health board’s strategic partnerships Team, engagement and communications Teams to promote, support and co-ordinate the mainstreaming of equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights based policy and practice across all UHB functions and services. We work with all sections of the health board with the aim of creating a positive organisational culture and inclusive environment for staff, service users and the general public.
