We provide guidance to staff members and teams around the equality impact assessment process. This process helps to ensure that issues affecting staff and service user experiences, (particularly those who are most at risk of experiencing disadvantage or discrimination), can be identified and appropriately addressed in the planning and development and review stages of any service change or policy development and review.
