You will have been sent a letter, email or text with details of your appointment. This communication will contain details of the service that has requested to see you by video consultation. It will also contain the appropriate web address link to access your video healthcare appointment.
Type or copy the web address link from your appointment confirmation into your web browser bar (not search engine box) using an internet enabled device. Alternatively, please scroll down to the “Access the waiting room” link below. From this A-Z list, locate the service you require and click on the link to support you with accessing the waiting room you require.
