Who we are and what we do.

The health board finance department is responsible for the non-pay financial transactions across the entire organisation.

The five areas we work in are:

  • Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Negotiation and management of our hospital funding allocation.
  • Ensuring compliance with public sector funding regulations.
  • Maintenance of accurate and auditable financial records.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of money coming in and money going out.
