We all have emotional and mental health needs and looking after our emotional and mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health.

The Five Ways to Well-being are a well-being equivalent of ‘five fruit and vegetables a day’. It is recommended that you build the Five Ways, described below into your daily life to improve your well-being. Think about what you are currently doing in your life that includes the Five Ways to Well-being and what other things you could build in.
