If you are between six - 13 weeks and six days pregnant and have had a positive pregnancy test

If you are between six - 13 weeks and six days pregnant, have had a positive pregnancy test and you experience:

  • abdominal pain
  • vaginal bleeding
  • previous tubal surgery
  • previous ectopic pregnancy
  • previous DVT or PE
  • have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
  • currently have a coil in place
  • previous molar pregnancy
  • more than two previous miscarriages 
  • three previous caesarean births

Please only call within these hours. If it is outside of these hours and you experience:

Heavy bleeding (changing two to three pads an hour which are soaked through), or pass a clot the size of half a fist, or have pain that does not go away with paracetamol:

Please go to your nearest A&E.
