The Integrated Psychological Therapies Service (IPTS), Local Primary Mental Health Support Service (LPMHSS) and Wellbeing Liaison Service cover Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
We are a dedicated service for adults aged 18 years and over who need support with mental health challenges.
We aim to provide a range of support depending on need along with easily accessible online resources and information on mental health issues to enable you to self-help and know where to access further support should you need it.

If you need to talk to someone about your mental health, or if you’re concerned about a family member, including if it is urgent, call 111 and select option 2. You will be connected directly to a mental health professional in your area and will not need to wait long. The number is free to call from a landline or mobile and is available for all ages.
