What does the Apprenticeship Programme involve?

You will:

attend an induction that will prepare you for your placements within the health board
be supported by a workplace tutor
have a day a week with the college to develop your learning in the first year
attend workshops where you will have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas
work towards qualifications, building the levels as you grow in confidence and experience
learn essential skills that includes offering support with literacy and numeracy. These include gaining the qualifications you may need if you haven’t already achieved them. The levels will depend of the programme you are doing. These include: application of number, communication, digital literacy
gain workplace experience
