Stakeholder Reference Group

The purpose of the Stakeholder Reference Group (SRG) is to provide:

Early engagement and involvement in the planning of the Health Board's overall strategic direction, advice to the Health Board on specific service improvement proposals before to formal consultation. As well as feedback the impact of the Health Board’s operations on the communities it serves to the organisation.

A formal business meeting with the nominated membership of the Stakeholder Reference Group will be followed by a key stakeholder event looking at topics of interest.
