Workforce privacy notice for employees

A privacy notice is a statement that we use to describe how we collect, use, retains and disclose personal information.  As an employer, this could be information for prospective, current and former employees/workers. It also covers prospective, current and former volunteers, students on work placements, independent contractors, agency workers, locums and Independent members working on our behalf. 

Different organisations sometimes use different terms and it can be referred to as a privacy statement, a fair processing notice or a privacy policy. The Hywel Dda University Health Board is a Data Controller and we are responsible for collecting and processing your personal information.
