NHS 111 Wales (option 2) is staffed locally 24/7 by Hywel Dda Mental Health professions, who can provide support, advice, and can refer onwards if required to all our mental health services.
Between 8.00am and 8.00pm, if you walk into the Minor Injury Unit at Prince Philip Hospital and need urgent mental health support, where possible a quiet area for patients to call 111 option 2 will be provided.
Outside of these hours, please dial NHS 111 (option 2) as there may be different routes of support depending on your circumstances. People who need an urgent assessment overnight will be directed to attend at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen.
