Monitoring our performance

We aim to provide safe and timely care for our patients. To help achieve this we have identified some key areas where we want to make improvements in 2019/20 and 2020/21. In addition, we have identified areas where we are performing well and want to maintain this or, where possible, make further improvements.

Each month we produce a report showing our progress in these key areas. The report is scrutinised by our Board members. Alongside these key areas we also report every other month our performance for a number of other indicators where we want to make improvements or maintain good performance.
