COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Van to visit Leekes, Cross Hands, and Tesco, Ammanford

Hywel Dda University Health Board’s COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Van will be returning to Cross Hands and Ammanford to provide second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and give a first dose to anyone 18+ who wants it.  

The van will be based at the Leekes car park at Cross Hands on Friday, 10 September and Saturday, 11 September , from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm. Ammanford will see the van at Tesco on Friday 17 September, and Saturday 18 September from 11.00am to 7.00pm.  

The fire service is providing one of its vehicles from which Hywel Dda UHB staff will deliver the vaccine to anyone aged 18 and over that requires either a first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 

With the rise in cases across the UK, Hywel Dda UHB is urging as many people as possible to come forward for their first and second doses.
