Amman Tawe Partnership will start delivering care to patients from 1 April 2024. You do not need to do anything; your registration will be updated automatically. The health board is supporting both practices to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
For appointments and prescriptions, please contact the practice as you currently would. If you use the online service known as e-Consult, this service will be moving to the My Surgery App. The practice is happy to help you transfer to the new app.
If you usually order your prescription through a local Community Pharmacy, you should continue to do this as normal.
