Update for patients of Neyland and Johnston GP Practice

Patients registered with Neyland and Johnston GP Practice are advised that the practice is working on plans for a gradual and phased reopening over the week commencing Monday 16 November, following decontamination cleaning.

Temporary measures were put in place by the practice to protect patients and staff following a number of staff who tested positive for COVID-19 last month.

The practice continues to work very closely with Public Health Wales and Hywel Dda University Health Board to reinstate services as quickly as possible. Other contractors across the South Pembrokeshire Cluster will be continuing to support the practice over the coming week.

Patients who need to use services should contact their surgery using the usual number.

Jill Paterson, Director of Primary Care, Community and Long Term Care for Hywel Dda University Health Board said: “We would like to thank patients for their patience and understanding over the last fortnight and we would like to reassure that all the appropriate contact tracing and infection control arrangements are in place to protect patients and staff.”

Please remember, if you need to go out, keep your distance (2 metres), wash your hands regularly and wear a face covering where required.
