Storm Ciarán is set to bring strong winds, heavy rain and potential flooding across Wales this week. Most affected will be southern Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

Scheduled appointments and operations in Hywel Dda University Health Board hospitals and community locations will continue as planned unless patients are contacted and advised otherwise.

Please allow plenty of time to travel and check the latest weather and local updates before leaving.

If it is unsafe for you to travel to your appointment, please do not put yourself at risk and contact us using the phone number on your appointment letter to let us know you are unable to attend.
